Terms of Service

Last updated: March 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soccer Guest (the “Service”), operated by Open Web Conferences LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Soccer Guest is a platform that facilitates guest playing opportunities for soccer and futsal teams and players. The Service allows parents and guardians to create profiles for their players, and coaches and managers to find guest players for their teams.

We do not organize, supervise, or assume responsibility for any games, tournaments, practices, or other activities arranged through the Service.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Misrepresent yourself, your player's abilities, or your affiliation with any team or organization
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

Soccer Guest is designed for parents and guardians to manage player profiles on behalf of minors. By creating a player profile for a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and have the authority to do so.

You are solely responsible for supervising your child's participation in any guest playing activities and for ensuring compliance with your home club's rules and applicable league or sanctioning body requirements.

6. Payments and Fees

The Service is currently free for coaches and managers. Parent accounts are free during the initial beta period. We plan to introduce a subscription fee for parent accounts in the future.

When paid plans are introduced, we will provide advance notice. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you are charged.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Open Web Conferences LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content (such as player profiles, team information, or messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, the accuracy of any information shared on the platform, or the outcome of any interactions or activities arranged through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Web Conferences LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to injuries sustained during any activities arranged through the Service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Open Web Conferences LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.
